The North Fylde Ctr¢utt has employed three ordained ministers and a fulktime lay worker during this period. The aim of the Circuit is to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ in word and deed and provide communities of welcome an(J worship in the comfflunities of Heetwood. Pillin& Knott End. Thornton-cleveleys. Cleveleys Park and Poulion4&Fylde. We have continued to increase our sense of circuit togetherness through united Qrcuit seNices and a mixture of informal and business Circuit meetings. Our pattern of worship is a mix of the tradib.onal and Contemporary aiming to meet different tsstes and needs. We have developed our online presence including live streaming of some of our acts ofworship. Congregational numbeis vary across the circuit and recruiting of volunteers to fill key posts continues to be a concern. That being said. alongside the challenges we have faced as a Circuit there has been the consolidation of newwork with children and youngpeople and community outreach via 'Just Be. groups for adults and. separatety, young people. The Circuit is actively considering its Strate for the future and seeks to both build on past achievements and explore new ways of being God's people tn the communities of Wyre and (fver-wyre.
