Rospectiv8 The Charitys trustees are responsible for the preparation of th8 accounts.
responslbllltles of The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year
trustees and examiner under s8Ction 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibllity lo..
examine the a¢counts under section 145 of the Charf(ies Act.
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Dir8Ctions given by the
Charty Commission (under section 145{5)(b} of the Charities Ad, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my att6nlion.
Basis of indepond8nt My examination was carried out in accordance with gen8ral Dir8ciion5 given
examinerfs statemant by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
a¢countlng records kept by the charty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also indudes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosurès in th8 accounts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees conceming any su¢h matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the 8vid8nce that V￿uld be required in an audit. and
consequenlly no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a Irue
and fairf view and th8 report is limited to those matters set out in the
statement below.
Independent In connection with my examination. no matter has com8 to my att8ntK)n
•xamlner's statement (other than that disclosed below ')
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in. any material respect,
the requirements..
to keep accounting records in accordance with sectlon 130 of the
Charities Act., and
to prepare accounts which accord wlth the accounting records and
comply with the accounting requir8m8nts of the Chariiies A¢t
have not been met; or
2. to which, in my opinion, attention should b8 drawn in order to enable a
proper und8rstanding of thè accounts to be reached.
Pl&as8 dg18te the words in the braGkgts rfthey do not apply.
