**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF ADULTS SUFFERING FROM ANY FORM OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN HORTICULTURE AND ALLIED SKILLS.

**Activities:** To provide training and work in horticulture,allied skills, arts and crafts for vulnerable adults including people with a learning disability and/or mental health problem. This by establishing special services at Northdale and ABLE providing work-based and social activities, and work experience in Hambleton & Richmondshire, The aim is to promote continuing education and sheltered/open employment.
