Last Night A DJ Saved My Life Foundation is a charitable foundation that creates fundraising initiatives to support grassroots projects that make a difference in the lives of children and young people in the UK and developing countries through the power of music and art.

Objects: 4. The Charity's Objects ("Objects") Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: (1) To Further Such Charitable Purposes As The Directors See Fit From Time To Time In Particular But Not Exclusively By Supporting Charities (That Are Charitable Under English Law) Whose Charitable Aims Include The Following: (A) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty (Or Financial Hardship) Anywhere In The World By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient; Or (B) The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Anywhere In The World; Or (C) The Relief Of Financial Need And Suffering Among Victims Of Natural Or Other Kinds Of Disaster In The Form Of Money (Or Other Means Deemed Suitable) For Persons, Bodies, Organisations And/or Countries Affected (Including The Provision Of Medical Aid); Or (D) The Promotion For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment; Or (E) The Promotion Of Human Rights (As Set Out In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights And Subsequent United Nations Conventions And Declarations) Throughout The World; Or (F) Advancing The Education Of Persons Under The Age Of 25 Years By Developing Their Mental, Physical And Moral Capabilities Through Leisure Time Activities; Or (G) The Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society. For The Purpose Of This Clause “Socially Excluded” Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (Physical Or Mental); Substance Abuse Or Dependency Including Alcohol And Drugs; Discrimination On The Grounds Of Sex, Race, Disability, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Creed, Sexual Orientation Or Gender Re-Assignment; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Poor Housing (That Is Housing That Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards; Crime (Either As A Victim Of Crime Or As An Offender Rehabilitating Into Society).
