The Trustees consider that the audit requiremenl of Section 144(1) of the Chaiiiies Act
2011 (the Act) does not apply, and thal ther6 is no requirernent in the Governing
Document for the conducting of an audit. As a consequence. the Trustees have elected
that the fir)ancial statements be subject to independent examlnalion.
Tha procedures undertaken do not provide all the ewdence that would be requir8d in an
audit. and inforniation supplied by the Trustees in the course of the examination is not
subjected to audr( tests or enquiries aThJ does not cover all the matters that an auditor
would consid8r in arriving at an opinion. The planning and conduct of an audit goes
b8yond the limited assurance that an independent examination can provide
