Brief statement of the The trust’s policy is to hold a reserve of £2,500, which is enough to cover charity’s policy on reserves several months of operating costs in case of fluctuations in incoming donations. As donations accumulate beyond the £2,500 they are sent periodically as grants to Egypt.
