**Objects:** A) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OFSOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OFINDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH,OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTHS IN THE  ARTS CULTURE, HERITAGE AND SCIENCE.

**Activities:** Advancement of Performing arts and sport, along with well being for children and young adults. Grants are awarded to children who do not have privilege and also bursary support for long term training or education. Working with youth workers to provide an after school club facility for children and teenagers, the facility is to provide professional coaching in performing arts and sport for free.
