**Objects:** 1) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN DJIBOUTI, SOMALILAND, PUNTLAND, SOUTH SOMALIA, BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.2) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN DJIBOUTI,SOMALILAND, PUNTLAND,SOUTH SOMALIA AND BEYOND. 3) RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE LEARNING FOR PLEASURE BY PEOPLE NO LONGER IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT/SCHOOLING THROUGH THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE.

**Activities:** Humanitarian Aid. RELIEF: supply,food, medicines and equipment ,tarpaulins, blankets,dig wells and pit latrines. SERVICES: From time to time doctors and other health professionals,teachers,sports coaching, sports peace initiatives. DEVELOPMENT: agricultural projects, teaching skills e.g.English,baking,sewing,hairdressing, soap and detergent making.
