TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS BY RESEARCH INTO ISSUES RELATING TO THE VICTIMS OF ROAD TRAFFIC COLLISIONS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
