also felt that as our Musical||
||||||||||||Director was the key instigator of all our||
||||||||||||lockdown
activities to ensure
all members||

to be supported,
itwas felt that||
||||||||||||we continue to pay his fees and expenses.||
||||||||||||This has proved to be a successful
move||
||||||||||||as coming out of lockdown the band is in||
||||||||||||much better place, musically
and mentally||
