**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND LEARNING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRIES AND TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES AND GROW TO MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** The Foundation sponsors training programmes for young people who wish to pursue a career in the catering and hospitality sectors. For example the Junior Chefs programmes at the University of West London, Westminster Kingsway College and Loughborough College.  These courses are run on Saturday mornings and are aimed at young people in year 10 and 11.
