**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE:IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AGED FROM 5 YEARS TO 13 YEARS, RESIDING IN SHIREMOOR, SOUTH WELLFIELD, EARSDON, BACKWORTH, HOLYSTONE, WEST ALLOTMENT, MURTON AND NEW YORK (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER BELIEFS, AN ANNUAL GALA DAY (KNOWN AS THE TREAT) AND SUCH OTHER EVENTS AS SHALL BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE SO AS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID CHILDREN.
