## Activities

**Objects:** 4.1 The Company&#x27;s objects are principally for the benefit of the community:- 4.1.1 To provide or assist in the provision of services in the interests of social welfare for work or leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such services by reason of their age, ability or social circumstances within the object of improving their conditions of life 4.1.2 To advance the education of the beneficiaries, in particular, through the provision of training and experience in land based and practical skills 4.1.3 To develop the capacity and skills of the members of the community in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society. 4.1.4 To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and access to open space and engage, advance and educate the public in these matters 4.1.5 such other charitable purposes as determined by the Board from time to time. [Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.]

**Activities:** Providing training, education and therapeutic opportunities in land based subjects via activities and courses designed for adults with disablities and young people who find the challenges of schooling difficult. We aim to reconnect people to the land and their food.
