TO ESTABLISH A CENTRE FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING IN DORSET WHICH WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION AND ADVICE, PEER SUPPORT, ADVOCACY AND TRAINING, AND GENERALLY SUPPORTING PEOPLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AND IMPROVE THEIR LIFE CHANCES.2. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF DISABLED PEOPLE, CARERS, OLDER PEOPLE AND OTHER USERS OF SUPPORT IN DORSET, BOURNEMOUTH AND POOLE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** Access Dorset is a member led organisation of disabled people, older people, carers and other users of support. In partnership with twenty local organisations we provide a Center for Independent Living providing information, advice, peer support and advocacy. We are currently bringing our website alive with a project that introduces peer support videos and citizen journalism online.
