|PRINCIPAL FUNDING|||||||||||
|Funding<br>has been provided<br>mainly through<br>tithes and offerings<br>by church members<br>as well as gift aid.|||||||||||
|OBJECTS AND ACTIVITIES|||||||||||
|The principal<br>object is the advancement<br>ofChristian<br>faith worldwide<br>and the relief of poverty. To promote<br>any charitable|activity for the||||benefits|||ofthe|||
|local people. To achieve its objective, the charity adopted the following<br>strategies:|||||||||||
|Conducting<br>Sunday worship services onsite and online which allows members to participate<br>in prayer,<br>singing<br>and|listening to the||||Bible||being||preached.||
|Wednesday<br>evening<br>Bible studies and prayer meeting to provide<br>midweek<br>opportunities<br>to study the word ofGod|and|ask pertinent<br>questions.|||||||||
|Weekly church wide prayer on zoom, Facebook, and YouTube plafform.|||||||||||
|Newly reinstated<br>night vigil prayer onsite and online every last Friday night ofthe month.|||||||||||
|Themed<br>Sundays throughout<br>the year where the children, the teens and the youth take over the Sunday service and gear|||the|service towards|||||their age|group.|
|Running<br>seminars<br>in the church with proven<br>ministers<br>offaith to guide members<br>in the various aspects ofthe Christian||faith;|||||||||
|Support for other charities<br>and Christian<br>events held by other churches;|||||||||||
|Support<br>members ofthe church and community<br>through<br>difficult circumstances<br>such as death orjob loss, with food and|||other necessities;||||||||
|Regular visitations<br>within the local community<br>to provide required<br>social and financial<br>support to those in need.|||||||||||
|MAJOR PROJECTS/EVENTS|||||||||||
|There were community<br>outreach<br>events like:|||||||||||
|'AWE' on 6th ofAugust 2022, was an RCN choir sponsored<br>concert with invited guest minister<br>Victoria Tunde. This concern||is held||every|year,||||||
|and its purpose<br>isto magnify the name ofJesus and give the opportunity<br>for Restoration<br>Chapel to reach out to the community.|||||||||||
|Holy Communion<br>held on December 31st2022, is a special event held periodically<br>throughout<br>the year in remembrance|ofthe||Passover||dinner||||||
|and Christ dying for our sins. We break bread and drink in remembrance<br>and acknowledging<br>Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection.|||||||||||
|Watch Night Service held on December 31st2022, was a special service held to offer the community<br>an alternative<br>atmosphere|||to celebrate|||into||the new year.|||
|There was worship,<br>dancing,<br>singing,<br>preaching<br>and prayer throughout<br>the service to lift spirits and worship the Almighty|God.||||||||||
|Family weekend —Couple's<br>Banquet 20th - 21stof May 2023, was a two-day event. The church hosted<br>a black-tie couple's banquet||||which|included||||a||
|night offood, laughter,<br>and fun. There were talks given to edify relationships<br>and games played to get to know your spouse||further.||The|Sunday|||Service|||
|on the 21st focused on the family and how we can raise godly children<br>in godly homes.|||||||||||
|Children's<br>Celebration<br>Service hosted on 25th ofJune 2023, where the children of Restoration<br>Chapel ministered<br>to the|church||and|invited guests.|||||This day was a||
|platform<br>used to train our children to be the future ofthe church. The children of RCN took over the choir duties, ushering<br>and|||preaching||for||the day.||||
|There was also thanksgiving,<br>food, and games to celebrate the day.|||||||||||
|Day Out with Jesus on July 2nd 2022, was used as an outreach<br>event for the church<br>in the community.<br>It was meant to foster new relationships,||||||||offers opportunities|||
|for corporal exercise and free nutritious<br>foods were provided.|||||||||||
|W.H.I.S.P. —Worship<br>Him in Spirit was the first annual<br>event of its kind, hosted<br>by the RCN Youths. This event is a night ofworship,||||dance, spoken word, and||||||activities|
|all focused on glorifying<br>God. This last weekend<br>ofOctober has been picked to spiritually<br>combat the festivities of Halloween||and give youths|||||an|opportunity||to focus|
|on reaching other young people through<br>outreach. This year, Limoblaze<br>was invited<br>as one of our main ministers.|||||||||||
