Farm Fund
A separate Committee of four is responsible forthe operational management made up of one
Trustee and three staff representatives.
50% to 80 to good causes in the local areas of Hall Hunter Partnership's IHHPI Eastern
European Staff.
50% to go to good causes located within 10-15 miles of a HHP Farm site.
Individual grants limits minimum £500 to maximum £5,000

Partners Fund
The Trustees are wholly responsible for the operational management.
Income distributed for the benefit of:
100% towards registered and National charitable or8anisations. In particular, the Partners
Fund will support The Mityana Charity- a charity supporting a farming community in Uganda.
As well as large donation5 made to children's hospices such as The Royal Marsden.

During the year. donations were made from the Farm Fund to Eastern European good causes
in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria. Payments were also made to local good causes within 10-
15 miles of the HHP sites at Wokingham, Twyford and Godalmin8.
During the year, 54 donations were made from the Partners Fund to a variety of Local and
National charitable organisations. Approx. 44% to The Royal Marden and 9% to Berkshire
Community.

Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting
by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charrttes preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland IFR5102 (March 20181 and the Charities SORP IFR51021.
Contributions from Workers
The Hall Hunter Foundation matches contributlons from workers.
Recipients of donations
The Trustees, in discussion with representatives of the employees of the partnership*
decide which Charities and individuals receive donations.
The emphasis of recipients of donations is generally made to smaller local food causes
both local and European, which have been suggested by the Employees who have
come from European countries.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts ofthe above
charity {"the Trust") for the year ended 3110312021.
Responsiblllties and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requiremenls of the Charrties Act 2011
{"the Act.)
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b} of the Act.
Independent The charity's gross incorne exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act, or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounls and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
