Farm Fund

Individual grants limits minimum £500 to maximum £5,000

Partners Fund
The Trustees are wholly responsible for the operational management.
Income distributed for the benefit of:
100% towards registered and National charitable organisations. In particular. the Partners
Fund will supportThe Mityana Charity- a charity supporting a farming community in Uganda.
As well as large donations made to children's hospices such a5 The Royal Marsden.

During the year, donations were made from the Farm Fund to Eastern European good causes
in Romania. Poland and Bulgaria. Payments were also made to local good causes within 10-
15 miles of the HHP sites at Wokingham, Twyford and Godalming.
During the year, 56 donations were made from the Partners Fund to a variety of Local and
National charitable organisations. Approx. 51% to The Royal Marden and IIOA to Berkshire
Community.

Basis of preparation
The financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting
by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland IFRS102 IM3rch 20181 and the Charities SORP IFRS1021.
Contributions from Workers
The Hall Hunter Foundation matches contributions from workers.
Recipients of donations
The Trustees, in discusslon with representatives of the employees of the partnership,
decide which Charities arbd individuals receive donation5.
The emphasi5 of recipients of donations is ger)erally made to smaller local food causes
both local and European, whlch have been suggested by the Employees who have
come from European countries.

||I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above<br>charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2021.<br>As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the<br>accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011<br>(“the Act”).<br>I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out<br>under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I<br>have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission<br>under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.|



**Independent** The charity’s gross income exceeded £250,000 and I am qualified to **examiner's statement** undertake the examination by being a qualified member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales _._ 

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
