TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND ON THAMES AND SURROUDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF USER-LED SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND SELF-HELP ACTIVITIES IN A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, SUCH PROVISIONS HELPING ISOLATION, AVOID SOCIAL EXCLUSION, PROMOTE SELF-RELIANCE AND INCREASE SELF-CONFIDENCE.2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF OUR BENEFICIARIES.

**Activities:** TAO runs a drop-in service 3 full days each week for people with long-term mental health difficulties - this provides space to socialise, quality meals at cost price, art group, drama group, therapy, massage, board games and other activities as and when volunteers are available to run a group. All activities are free.In addition we provide occasional subsidised meals (eg: Christmas) and outings.
