Objects: To Promote The Relief Of Poverty, Sickness And Distress Amongst Young Persons Between The Ages Of 5 And 25 Years Regardless Of Their Race, Colour, Creed Or Disablity In The County Of Bedfordshire By The Establishment And Maintenance Of A Counselling Advice Advocacy And Information Service For Persons Who Are In Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances.
