volunteers who gave their time, energy and
expertise to all our events.

Para 1.20 Fundraising highlights have been the
Spring Fair (£6,480.33) (21.86% of net
funds raised), Santa’s Grotto (£3,377.80)
(11.39% of net funds raised. The remaining
was raised across a number of other varied
events including cake sale, quiz night,
welcome bbq, 2024 challenge, cinema
night, Christmas wrapping, disco,
Christmas card sale and PJ day, as well as
voluntary donations and ‘easy fundraising’.
In total a net figure of £29,643.18 was
raised. A good figure with 12% more than
previous period (£26,364.81).
Top three spends for the year were
£32,918 contribution towards the
refurbishment of the KS2 playground. This
included resurfacing of the playground,
new climbing frame and play equipment.
We have been fundraising for the
playground for a number of years and due
to delays have kept the money ear-marked
in the account for this project. Other
significant spends this period have included
£3,420 on forest school, £1,763 for EYFS
playground equipment and £1,000 for
Clicker 8 software and £999 for table tennis
table. We have also continued to contribute
to Christmas shows and termly payments
to each class consumables to ad hoc items
for the classrooms.
In total a very impressive £42,770.52 was
paid to the school. This was below previous
years contributions based on school needs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 08 / 2024.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
