_Image_ has been operating since 1990 providing support for those making pregnancy decisions and for those who have experienced abortion. We also support people who have experienced miscarriage and child loss or separation. Whilst our services are offered to people of all faiths and none, our recognized training courses are specifically to equip Christians and churches to provide a compassionate response in these areas. 

Although the Pregnancy Helpline didn’t close through Covid (opening every evening 7pm-10pm), we continued for a while during the year with a telephone only service, gradually returning to some face-to-face clients and some office-based work. We continued to provide a service in the local prison, when possible, that was also largely telephone-based for those with child loss issues. Training courses were delivered successfully online, enabling a wider reach for trainees and some national collaboration between trainers. The family services work has been maintained throughout on one day a week. 

Image relies very heavily on volunteers for both its Helpline and training (with a core team of 17 but also using volunteer trainers from other centres), so in Nov 2021 we employed a new Training Coordinator and a new Pregnancy Helpline Coordinator (both for 10 hours per week) and started to train them for their roles. Along with the Family Services Coordinator, we now have 3 paid staff.

I report in resped of my examination of the Trust's ac￿Unts carried out
