**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH SHALL BE:-(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN PONTARDAWE AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD; ANDSUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF [THE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH IN GENERAL MEETING] [THE MANAGING TRUSTEES] FURTHER THE WORK OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** Mount Elim Evangelical Church undertakes the following religious activities and services to the local community: - Sunday services (morning & evening)- Sunday school (during morning service)- Weekly Bible study meetings for ladies & men's groups- Weekly meeting for Bible teachings & prayer- Weekly mother and toddler group- Visiting the local community e.g. nursing homes, hospitals etc
