**Objects:** (A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION OF GOOD NUTRITION, GOOD HEALTH AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SOCIAL, ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE DIRECTORS MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT BUT PARTICULARLY THROUGH:I) THE COLLECTION AND REDISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS FOOD; ANDII) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TOUNDERTAKE VOLUNTARY WORK(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR(C) THE FURTHERANCE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, OF THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMNET OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE REDUCTION OF WASTE (IN PARTICULAR FOOD WASTE) AND ITS ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS.

**Activities:** We source edible surplus food from food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, which would otherwise be disposed of as waste. We redistribute this food, and donated food, through community food members to disadvantaged groups. We provide a wide range of meaningful volunteering and/or work experience opportunities for individuals from all walks of life. We provide training for our volunteers.
