**Objects:** (I)  TO RELIEVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS, ESPECIALLY CATS, IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.(II)  TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** A small independent charity whose focus of activities is to rescue abandoned, stray and unwanted cats within the surrounding area of Kent and East Sussex. We ensure that the cats in our care are kept in comfort and good health until they are suitably rehomed. We neuter all cats and advise and inform the public with regard to the benefits of neutering.
