The trustees present their report along with the financial slalgments of the Charity for the year ended
31 December 2024. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting
rx)licies and notes lo the accounts as set out on page 3 to 4 and comply with the Charitls constitution
and applicable law.
GOVERNING DOCUMENT
The chaTily is governed by il conslilulion which was adopted on 1 January 2010 and amended
on 24 February 2011.
APPOINTMENTS OF TRUSTEES
New trustees are briefed on their legal obligations under charity law, the Charills constitution
and recent financial performance of the charity. The followng were trustees from the

The purpose of the trust is to promote and advance by such means as are according lo the law of England
exclusivety charitably the religion of Islam In accordance wlh the principles of the Shia Ilhnaasheria and
to provide for the relief of poverty among mankind.

Educatlon
The charity has been running Islamic sGhool every Saturday and every Tuesday &
Thursday night.
The ch8rily gThies advice and guidance on academic and school issues.
The Charity provides health awareness sessions.

The Charity runs religious programmes during the month of Muharran and Ramadan.
11 also provides Friday prayers e8¢h week.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Our main source of funds this year donation8 from individuals.

The chariVs tfuslees consider that an audit r￿t required for this year {under section 43{21 of the Charities
Act 1993 (the Act)) and that an independent examination Is needed.
It is my re8pon8ibilily to

b) lo follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under
section 4317llbl of the Acll. and

My examination wa8 carried out in accordance wlh General Directions given by the Charity Corxmission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kgpl by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. 11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently
no opinion is gwen as lo whether the accounts present a ,￿ue arKI fairf. view and the report is limited to
those matters set out in the statement below.
In the course of my examination, no matter has come lo my attention

Basls of Preparatlon of Accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for SmalKgr Entities leffeclive 20081 and The Charities Act 2011. In preparing the financial
slalemonls the charity follows best practice as laid down in the Statement of Recommended"Accounling and
Reporting by Charities" ISORP 20051 issued in March 2005.
Income and Expendlture
Income resources are included in the Stslemenl of Financial activities when the Charity is legally gnlilled lo the
income. Expenditure directly attributable to specific activities has been included in the cost categories relating lo
those aclivilies.
