Sephardi Voices UK records oral history interviews with Jews from North Africa, Middle East and Iran who now live in the UK. Interviews are deposited for public access at the British Library. SVUK has trained interviewers, supported other oral history projects, and produces short testimony films that are used in educational contexts.

Objects: The Trustees Must Apply The Income Of The Charity In Furthering The Following Objects ("The Objects"):a) The Object Of Sephardi Voices UK Is To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By Carrying Out An Audio-Visual History Project Which Aims To Document And Preserve For Future Generations The Testimonies Of The Jews Originating From The Mediterranean, North Africa And The Middle East Who Settled In The United Kingdom During The 20Th Century And Built Up New Lives There; And B) The Other Object Of Sephardi Voices UK Is To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By The Provision Of Resources For Teaching Programmes At Universities And Schools Catering To The Historical Need For More Understanding And Knowledge Of These Jewish Communities.
