**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF THOSEAFFECTED BY CANCER IN THE NORTH EAST IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(A) THE PROVISION OF COMPLIMENTARY THERAPIES;(B) THE PROVISION OF MONTHLY DROP IN SESSIONS;(C) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT FOR BOTH PATIENTS AND CARERS IN THE NORTHERN CENTREFOR CANCER CARE(D) THE SUPPORT OF OTHER CANCER CHARITIES NATIONWIDE BY WAY OF DONATION.

**Activities:** The charity, based in the North East of England, provides a support structure for women diagnosed with breast cancer and ongoing support following their treatment through regular group meetings, social activities and fundrasing events. The charity also, through its fundraising activities, provides funding to other cancer research, treatment and aftercare organisations and facilities.
