The charity is based in Leeds and operates one main project - a Child Contact centre which is accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres.
Objects: (A) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Leeds And The Surroundingarea, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Ofpolitical, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together Thesaid Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Otherorganisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Toprovide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Andleisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving Theconditions Of Life Of The Residents.(b) To Offer A Safe Friendly And Neutral Environment In Leeds Wherechildren Of Separated Families Can Spend Time With One Or Bothparents And Sometimes Other Family Members;(c) To Relieve Sickness And Financial Hardship And To Promote Andpreserve Good Health By The Provision Of Funds Goods Or Services Ofany Kind In Leeds And In Such Other Parts Of The United Kingdomor The World As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit.
