Objects: 1) To Advance The Education Of Children And Young People In Bangladesh Through Theprovision Of Grants Arid Scholarships To Enable Them To Continue Their Education.2) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty In Bangladesh By Providing Grants, Items And Servicesto Individuals In Need.3) The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Living In Bangladesh.4) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Harlow Essex Cm20 3bj And The Neighborhood,without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinionsby Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Otherorganizations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In Theinterests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Ofimproving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And To Maintain Or Manage Orco-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centrefor Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.5) Such Charitable Purposes For The Public Benefit As Are Exclusively Charitable According Tothe Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
