Achievements and Perforniance
Our Saturday Clubs have Continued to
flourish. However, a loss of provider
the Youth Clubs have moved to an ad hoc
fr&]uency. Families organised a very
successful short holiday for our tèénagè
members, wrthout parental attendanc£.

Review of the charity's

At the beginnlng of the financial year there
was £36,075.65 in The Ups of Downs bank
account, at the c108e of the year this had
increased to £58,833.14 following some
successful grant applications. We ar8
grateful lo The Hargreaves Foundation for
their grant towards our Saturday sports
clubs, and the National Grid's comrnunity
fund to support our school age services.
In th8 following year we ar8 hoping to
rein8tate regular Youth Clubs, and to
deliver training to local S&LT to improve
local services, and have 8et aside restricted
funds accordingly

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 August 2024** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
