**Objects:** TO RELIEVE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS THROUGH PROVIDING LOW COST SELF REFERRED COUNSELLING TO ADULTS ON LOW INCOME, YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN WHO, THROUGH LACK OF MEANS, WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO ACCESS SUCH SUPPORT

**Activities:** To relieve emotional distress through providing low cost, self-referred counselling to adults on low income, young people & children who, through lack of means would otherwise be unable to access such support. Based in South Manchester. Clients self refer via 24hour answerphone. 35 voluntary counsellors offer sessions 7 days per week. Appointment only.
