We supply gifts and special days out to young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 in the East Midlands and up to 40 years of age for Sarcoma patients being treated at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The Malcolm Whales foundation Contributed £5000 towards the costs again this year. We completed a total of 15 Gifts for the year, most of these requested from Leicester hospitals. So, between Gifts and the holiday home we have supported a total of 33 families during one of the most challenging times in their lives. We also reached our major milestone in March this year of our 500[th] Gift. ## **The events and promotional costs** Food and cost of the Golf Day paid to Glen Gorse Golf club Paying for the 15[th] Anniversary dinner (This cost was cancelled out by the kind donation given by Purple care) Various items for the anniversary dinner. Including Helium and balloon weights and items for goody bags.
