guidance, SMB provides a benefit to the
public by providing a Christian presence in

We do not advertise ourselves bul the SMB
staff remain in friendly conlact with the
Billeticay S(*ools, both primary and

At least 630 KS1 and KS2 pupils attended
lessons and workshops focused on Eastar.
Using materials dèsigned by th8 SMB team,
Year 6 pupils w8re SUPPDrt&J and prepared
for their move up to Se￿ndary school. SMB
presence in Septemb8r at lunchtimes in both
secondary schools provided additional
support for those nèw year 7 students who
n88ded il.
500 pupils and staff frorn one of our junior
schools took part in an SMB1od Prayer and
RefleGtion Space as part of their Well-belng
Week. A joint effort between th8 school and
the local church hosting the event ensured
Ihe accessibility needs of pupils wer8 met.
The lunchtime club called 'Live' lakes place
in Billericay's two senior SC￿015. 'LNe Club,
offers Ihe opportunity for students to eat their
lunch logetrier with SMB staff. This provides

Ourse has been running once a week in one
of our secondary schools and is Steadily
growing in popularity. This offers th8
opFK)rtunity for young people to explor8 the
ig Que5tions- in lrfe in a safe environment.
The Kintsugi Hope W8lkBeing project briros
trained SMB staff together with small groups
of young peopl8 in secondary school to allow
them to share their struggles, gain insights
and dgv81op practical tools to enhanc8 thair
well-bèing. Several groups hav8 been run
and Ihe project is growing in popularity.
A small group of secondary school students
with SMB staff look part in an informalion
gathering task lor Essex Council Voluntary
Youth S8rvices In (x)-operats'on with Ihe
Viol8nce and Vulnerability Unit. Théir data is
now being analysed and will b8 used to
ben8fit the kycal communty.

Independent Examiner's report to the Trustees of Schools Ministry Billericay
I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of Schools Ministry Billericay for the
year ended 30th November 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of the report
As the charity Trustees of Schools Ministry Billericay you are responsible for the preparation of
the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the accounts of Sch(x)Is Ministry Billericay carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Ad and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the
applicable Directions by the Charities Commission under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Responsibilities and basis of the report
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
1. Accounting records were not kept in respect of Schools Ministry Billericay as required by
section 130 of the Act., or
2. The accounts do not accord with those records
I have no concems and have come aGross no other matters in connection with the examination
to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to ba reached.
