**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY, ADVANCE EDUCATION AND SAVE LIVES FOR THE PEOPLE OF MPIKA, ZAMBIA, AND ITS SURROUNDING TERRITORIES THROUGH FUNDING AND/OR THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES INCLUDING:* THE PROVISION OF SAFE WATER AND ENERGY SUPPLIES, INCLUDING SOLAR POWER* THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND/OR SUPPLIES; AND* SUPPORT INCLUDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ORPHANED CHILDREN AND FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN POVERTY

**Activities:** Exilda's Angels was established to provide educational facilities in Zambia.  A primary school has been built and is being used by children local to Chita village, the first in the area.  However, its success means further facilities are needed which is the trustees' new focus.
