Extent to whlch the audit was con$idtred Capable of detecting irregularhies. I￿lUdIng fvaud
Irregularities. induding fraud. are instances of non-compliance wth Laws and regulations. We identified and
assessed the risks ol material misstatement of the finanoal ststements friyn irregvlarilies. whether due to

audit procedures responsive to those risks, indLFdirwJ obtaining audit evKlence sufficiènt and appropriate to

We obtained an understsndin9 of the kgal and ￿ulatory framethDrks wilhin which the ¢hwilable company

amounts and disclosures in the fnancial statements. The laws and regulations we consid8red this context

assessed the required Com￿lance wTrth these la%¥s arthj regulations as part ol audit Wfxedures on the

Audibng standards limit the required audit procedures to Trdenlify non<ompl4nce wth these laws. and

We iijentrfied the greatesl risk of material irnpact on the finarKial statements from irregularities, induding

Owing lo the inherent limilatK)ns of an audiL there is an unavoidable risk that wg may not have delecled
