Kingdom of HeaYM to Bllrslem by creating disciples through prioritising the people of Burslem. Equipping,
training and ¢M￿Wering tknse that gather, to reach out inlo the local Community and cr¢aling space that is
attrdctiye, relevant and safe in Burslem. Our objxtive is 10 live out our faith througb worthip alld prnytrr, bible
study and teachiDg. providing pastoral care and supp)rt to our members and comrnunity, and through mis510ll
and outreach.

Our membership officially 5tBnd5 at 357 people. We hAve made 17 new members this year as new people have
found their way into the life of th¢ church. Because of the div¢t5e and requir¢m¢nts of our m¢mbership,
Swan Bank usually offers 3 s¢rvi¢es ra¢h Sunday, 9am Trdditional, 10.30am Fgmity Wotship (Mthich is
liY¢$tr¢amed) and 6.15pm Praise and pravez. Each Sundav, collectively, there tend to be approxitllately 230
adults and children WILO attend the seryices and wh¢Te we bave baptisms and Special occasioll5 thosc number5
increase 8i8ThifJuntly. We a]so bave att onlinr congregation watching the morning service live on Facebook or
Youtub6 and we continue to 8et feedback fTOTll Our on]ine people WIKJ are very appreciative of this opportunity.
For Some petsple this is a lifeline particularly for those who are housebound. We have people a¢ross th¢ wunty

flow of people frottj all wa]k5 of life visiting us dailv for help and supporL We are regularly visited by local
1￿Me1¢S8 people, those in addidion alld those ITh need who f4lllLe for showeT5, clothing, support and referral to
other agencies. Thi5 work has sigThifJcantiy incrwe41 over this year gnd we are actively ill ¢onversation
about how we can best respond to the ll¢￿s of those arouThd ￿8.
W¢ ar¢ c¢l¢bratithg the ¢ontitkued 5uece5s in our teernitment of new volunteers and this wntinues to be an area
of real growth and 8re8t potential.

from the cotllrnUDity of Burslem. We held our lfjemorial Service Hthich was well attended by relatives and
friends of those forwe held fim¢rn] services duiing the pttvious year. W¢ also offer provision of servic¢s in care
homes in¢ludiug carg1 servic48.
As well these activitie5. we opened the Ceth 00 Chrisun&s Day for 80 people" offering a fLdl Chrislnw
lunch aThd entertainment to those would othernise be alone or incapable of providing therns¢lves with
meal. Alongside this, we d¢liv¢red a Christh)as lllThch to 300 people along ￿1th a Christm&E gift: most of which
is proyided by donations. Most of th¢se people wrre Unk￿>￿11 to the church alld most wer¢ either housebound,
¢)n thcir omn or suffcring from food poverty. We had the input of over 50 volunte￿? to h¢lp ddiver the m¢als
