the public generally It has es¢ablished and operates a Postgraduate Learning Community in Christian Education.

bas done this by m¢ans of und¢rtaking xadernic research, and en5urin8 that the findings of a¢Ademir rescar¢h have been
well disseminatcd within the u5¢r communilie5. It has doDe so through the development of curricLElum resourees, and the
dtS5emitiation of these resources for public benefit through activities engaged with by schools And churches. For
example, the St Ccntre ￿b5]t¢ provides publicly #¢¢e$$ibl¢ and tree ot eharge resources to enable schools in
Wales to provide r¢ligious ¢du¢ation. Relevant materials at both secondary and pritnary level Are accessible through the
websit¢ in the Medium of Welsh as well as English. The charity has delivered public benefrt by collaborating with the
University of Warwck and Bislx)p Gr05seteste University Lincoln io provide opporniniiies to ¢nhan¢¢ ihe professional
mpetence of religious ¢du¢atOTS working boih within s¢hools and withtTh churches. Research undertaken by the charity
has deliv¢r¢d publi¢ benefit by providing research-based infoTmed infom￿1]0￿ for ihe Schools and Curriculum Review

Overdll the charity incurred a deficit of £11,486 (2023 - £55,045) of whi¢h uturstri¢ted funds mad¢ a deficit of
£9,337 (2023 - £52,772) alld restricted funds made a deficit of £2.14912023 surp]￿￿- £2.273).
Closing funds at 31 March 2024 were £24,221 (2023 - £35,707) of whi¢h £ 17,393 We￿ unrestricted {2023 - £20.079)
and £6,828 were restlLCted12023- £15,628).
Reserves policy
The trDstees hav¢ ¢xamined th¢ r¢quir¢meni for free resenrs which are those unrestrirted funds ntst designated for
specific pwN)ses or otherwÉse ¢ornmitted and consider it prudent lo maintsin a minimurn amovnt of £20,000. Although
current free reserves do not reach this, they are still within the Charity Commissions re¢ommendation of ihree months
opernting costs.

and there arc currently 3 members (3 in 2023), each of whom agreed to Contribute £1 in the event of the wrnpa￿ being
wound up.

The operation of the charity is rnanaged by a board of TNs¢e¢s.
The Trustees of the Charity gr¢ dirrftors of the Company for the purp)se of th¢ Conjpanies Act 2006 and Charity

There is presently restriction on the maximurn numberof Trustee5 but there is a minimum thre¢.
