Pension costs
The ¢harlty operates a deffned contribution plan for its employees. A defined contrlbutlon plan is a
pension plan under which the company pays fFxed contrlbutions Into a separate enllty. Once the
contributions have been paid the company has no lurther payments obligations. The contrlbutions are
retrMJnlsed as expenses when they lal due. Amounts not pald are shown in accruats in the balance sheet.
The assets ol the plan are hehl separatelyfrom the company in Independentty 8dmSnlstered funds.
