No one shall be appointed as a Trustee if<br>a) he or she is under the age of 18 years or<br>b) he or she would at once be disqualified<br>from office for the following reasons:<br>i) by virtue of section 72 of the Charities Act<br>1993 or any statutory re-enactment or<br>modification of that provision;<br>ii) becomes incapable by reason of mental<br>disorder, illness or injury of managing his or<br>her own affairs;<br>iii) is absent without the permission of the<br>Trustees from all their meetings held within a<br>period of six months and the Trustees<br>resolve that his or her office be vacated;<br>iv) notifies to the Trustees a wish to resign.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312022.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
