Principal Adivltles
The Objective of the Cultural Centre is to serve the local Muslim Communty primarity as a
place of worship and religious teachings. On a daity basis the buikling provides and facilitates
worshipping facilrties fr)r local people to practice their religM)n in hannony in congregation or as
individual.
Review of Business
Five evenings a week young ¢hildren betsveen the ages of 5 to 14 are to be taught the recitation
of Holy Quran in Arabic and about their religKJus beliets and practices in English. There are
Currently 70 to 80 children registered with cuttural centre
The building is also used by teenagers and the ekdety to hold talks at(Jul relig￿l￿S issues. and
discussion sessions lo exchange ideas about educatson. employment, training, SFOrts and issues in
general affectsng their daity lives.
On a daity basis the buildirtg also acts as drop in centre for the ekdety to meet their contemporaries
and discuss theif personal and social issues.
Future Decelopments
The Charity Continues to promote it main 0￿"eCt￿eS in the coming years.

Statement of Management Committee Responsibilities
The Trustees are required under section 41 of charit￿ Act 1993 set out the rnquirements for
record keeping, Section 41 {11 to 41 {31 are relevant
11) The charity trustee of a charity shall ensure that accounting records are kept in respect of
the charity which are Suff￿lent to show and explain the chartys transath"ons. and which
are such as to
a) Disch)se at any time with reasonable accuracy. the financial position of the charity,

b} Enable the trustee to ensure that, where any statements of xcount are prepared by
them under section 42 {1) below, those ststement of account compty with the
requirement of regulations under that provision
