The church's trustee5 are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The thurch's trustees
consider that an audit 15 not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011

unusual items or di5closure5 in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you a5 trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedure5 undertaken do not prowde all the eviden￿ that
would be required in an audit and consequenUy no 0￿"nIOn is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair view, and the report 15 limited to those matters set out In the statement
below.
