The ¢yganisation's services are bJilt arou￿1 ¥&l)al we refer lo as Gateway A5sessm8nl interviews
ether face-to-face or Ma the telephone. These intemews are generally 15 to 20 minutes durin9
ich we assess the a￿v￿e and supkwjrt needs of Ihe dienl and deude what level of advice. help and
assislance we are able lo offer. The face-tt>face sessions rrfymally operate from 9.30am lo 3.00pm
four da￿ a week.
However, as ￿1th most other organisati¢)ns. during 202012021 had to ¢han9e I￿r working practices
due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For the first part of the year we susperKled all face-ti>face client
inleNews and focused our serrice delivery on wowding advice via lelephone. e-mail and webchat. We
recommenced face-lfrface interviews for the pericrtj September to earty January but SUSPgnded these
again from January. We then recommenced face-ttsface intervÉews from earty April 2021.
The ¢yganisalion providfjd a structured support and supemsion system for both paid and voluntser
staff during the year and carried out a full rouNI of stsff appratsals.
