## **Trustees Report Year Ended 30[th] June 2021** 

This year has continued to be difficult due to the corona virus pandemic and as a result there have been no trustee meetings. 

The data for the year ending 31[st] March 2020 was sent to the Charity Commission and is on their website.  There were no queries raised and their records show that the reporting is up to date. 

This year has been as strange as last year, but the way that Collingham Village  Care  has  continued  to  respond  to  the  changing  nature  of  the requests for help has continued to show how adept this organisation is at meeting the challenges of changing needs. 

The trustees have continued to see the monthly financial statements to confirm  their  accuracy  and  verify  that  the  charity’s  financial  affairs continue to be managed efficiently and accurately.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention
in connection with my examination giving me cause to believe that in any material
respect:
1. accounting records were not kept as required by section 63 of the 2008 Act and
section 130 of the 2011 Act., or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records,. or
3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the 2008 Act
and the 2011 Act., or
4. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the
fom and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 otherthan any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and
fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent
examination.
I confimi that there are no other matters to which your attention should be drawn to
enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
