**Activities:** Provision of a Volunteer Transport service for local residents who are registered with the Collingham Medical Practice and who lack an independent means of transport. Provision of medical equipment to the local Medical Practice for the benefit of all registered patients. And provision of other facilities around the villages for the use of the public at large. e.g. seating
