Objects: The Trustees Must Apply The Income Of The Charity In Furthering The Following Objects ("the Objects") For The Public Benefita) To Advance The Education Of The Pupils At Mojlishpur Kazipur Kg School, Post Office Boalzur Bazaar, Police Station Balagonj, District Sylhet, Bangladesh By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Education At The School And In Its Maintenance And Upkeep.b) To Advance Islam For The Benefit Of The Public Through The Establishment Of Mosques And Religious Bookshops, Sponsoring Lectures, Producing And Distributing Literature On Islam To Enlighten Others About The Religion And Paying The Costs Of Pilgrimage For Those Otherwise Unable To Do So.c) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Of Financial Hardship In Bangladesh By Providing: Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Charities, Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty. D) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship In Bangladesh By Providing All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient Such As Paying Off Usurious Debts And Giving Away Rickshaws, Livestock, Seeds For Planting And Sewing Machines.e) The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Residing In Bangladesh Through The Establishment Of Rural Hospitals Offering Vaccinations And Cataract Removal, Cleft Lip And Palette Operations And The Installation Of Tube Wells To Provide Water For Drinking, Cooking And Washing And The Installation Of Public Latrines.f) To Relieve Financial Hardship, Sickness And Poor Health Amongst Elderly People, Orphans And Disabled Persons.g) Any Other Purposes Currently Recognised As Charitable And Any New Charitable Purposes Which Are Similar To Another Charitable Purpose.
