Activities

We have officially unveiled the memorial to The Soldiers of the Liverpool Pals in Lime Street station Liverpool. We continue to give educational talks and presentations to clubs schools and societies.We have erected a further 3 plaques to commemorate The Pals at Prescott Station , St Nicholas Church and a church in the area of the battlefield in The Somme which The Liverpool Pals took part.

Objects: To Advance Education And Foster Good Citizenship For The Benefit Of The Public At Large, Particularly By :1. The Provision Of A Memorial Or Memorials Within The Boundary Of The City Of Liverpool To Perpetuate The Memory Of The Liverpool Pals (Those Men From Liverpool And Its Environs Who Fought And Died During The Great War Of 1914-18 As The 17Th, 18Th, 19Th And 20Th (Service) Battalions Of The King's (Liverpool) Regiment And Are Collectively And Widely Known As The Liverpool Pals);2. The Undertaking Of Research And Dissemination Of Any Useful Results Of That Research;3. The Acquisition Of Any Appropriate Artefacts;4. Promoting The Appreciation And Recognition Of The Liverpool Pals By Providing Speakers For Schools, Local History And Community Groups.
