It ts the responsibility of the charity trustees to prepare the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charilies Aci 2011 ('Ihe Act,). An examination includes a review of the accounting records kepi by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presentcd with those records. It also ineludes consideration of any unusual itrrns or disclosures in th¢ accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinion is given &s ¢0 whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view, and the report is limited to those mat*rs set out in the ststement below.
