| major effect ontheCharity. The Charity's annualfundraisingevent(a3 | |
| day saleofNepalesegoods)could nottakeplace, nor a planned | |
| attendanceattheBathArtisansmarket.Thislossofincome has been | |
| padlyoffsetbut theschoolsin Nepal being closedduringpartofthe year | |
| so that schoolfeeshave been saved. | |
| Asever, in undertaking and planningtheseactivities the Trustees have | |
| had regardtoboth the objects ofthecharity andthe guidanceissuedby | |
| theCharity Commission. Thissometimeshas meantthatactivities have | |
| not been undertakenwhichalthough theywouldhave a beneficial impact falloutsidetheobjectsofthecharity. |
