Appointrn8nt of the trustees is govemed by the Trust Deed of the charity. The Board of Trustees is authorised lo appoint new trustees to fill vacancies arising through resignation or death of an existing trustee. In considering the directlon and acttvities of the Foundation. the trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. The trustees present their report along wth the financial statements of the Foundation for th8 year ended 5 April 2025. The financial Statements have been preparod in accordance with the accounting pollaes set out on page 6 and comply with the charitys trust deed and applicable law. History, Objectives and AGtivities The charitable trust was established on 28th January 2011. The Foundation is constituted by Trust Deed. and its objects are to promote. improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreclalion of the performing arts in particular but not exclusively by providing financial support and advice to organisations or individuals involved in producing arts for the public benefil, to promote the education of young people in the arts, to further such other purpos8S as are exclusively charitable under Ihe laws of England and Wales as the trustees from time to time may decide. In making decisions about their charitable work. the tnjstees have had due regard to the public benefit guidance, as issued by the Charty Commission, when excercising any powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant. The Foundattoll supports related chartties, education organisations and drama students in accordan with the objectives set out abov8.
