**Objects:** TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE PURPOSES AND ACTIVITIES OF THE ZIMBABWE ACADEMY OF MUSIC ("ZAM") (A REGISTERED WELFARE NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION ESTABLISHED IN ZIMBABWE TO PROVIDE MUSICAL EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS OF ALL AGES AND RACES IN ZIMBABWE) AND IN PARTICULAR (1) BY FACILITATING THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TO ZAM STUDENTS (2) BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TOWARDS THE EMPLOYMENT OF TEACHING STAFF AT ZAM AND (3) BY FACILITATING AND SUPPORTING THE ROLE AND ACTIVITIES OF ZAM IN PROMOTING , ORGANISING AND ENCOURAGING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT MUSICAL EDUCATION, APPRECIATION AND  PERFORMANCE IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF ZIMBABWE
